We are working with a leading international law firm on a senior-level position within their highly regarded Employment team in the London office. This is a standout opportunity to join a Chambers and Legal 500-ranked practice at the forefront of complex and high-profile employment matters.The team advises multinational corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses, and growth companies on the full spectrum of employment law. Their work includes board-level advisory, executive terminations, workplace investigations, collective consultation, restructurings, employment litigation, and cross-border employment projects. They are also heavily involved in supporting the employment aspects of large-scale corporate transactions.This position is ideally suited to a senior associate with significant employment law experience who is looking to take on more leadership responsibility, including supervising juniors, leading on client matters, and contributing to business development initiatives. Previous experience in cross-border matters and working with high-profile clients will be an advantage. This position will focus largely on transactional and advisory matters.You will enjoy high levels of client contact, direct access to partners, and exposure to some of the most sophisticated mandates in the market.
