Job Description

• This position is for an Encoding Operator
• 2ndshift (2pm -10pm)
• 2nd shift is qualified for a $2.00/hr shift differential
• Inexperienced candidates pay starts at $18.21/hr.Experienced candidates will be eligible for a higher pay rate.

Requirements:

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $18.21 to $26.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also includeovertime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
