End User Support Specialist

Duration: 11 Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support role of laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads
• Hardware breakfix and software support, device installation and lifecycle replacement
• Includes both computer equipment in our office as well as the mobile devices & equipment
• Deployment, enrollment, and cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
• Device imaging and re-imaging to resolve issues
• Inventory management for the spare equipment
• Provide technical support for training classes that place in the area
• Provide day-after support for any major releaseupdate of some of our key applications.

Experience:

• Device Installation Experience
• Experience with cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
• Technical Support (Support role of laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads)
• Skills:
• Experience with cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
• This role will support several office buildings within a 1-2 hr radius. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed
• Education:
• High School Diploma or GED
