Pay From: $22 Per Hour
MUST:

The Endoscopy Technician must have the following:

1 year of experience as an Endoscopy Tech

Experience obtaining vitals and providing instructions to patients

Reprocessing and preparing scopes

Cleaning and sanitizing rooms and equipment

Setting up for procedures

Processing referrals and faxing orders out

Scheduling follow up appointments

High School Diploma
DUTIES:

The duties of the Endoscopy Tech include but are not limited to the following:

Assist with procedures including set up for cases

Label specimens

Reprocess and set up scopes

Clean and disinfect scopes

Stock supplies

Obtain vital signs

Assist with pre-procedure admission process and discharges/check out

Review medical history

Obtain vital signs

Review procedures and instructions with patients

Assist with IV’s

Process referrals and send out and fax testing orders

Schedule follow ups

Clean bay area and make beds
