Engagement Portfolio Lead

The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an EPL for a large Communications customer based out of Dallas with focus on managing Global Delivery for Enterprise and Corporate systems Business groups of the customer. This role is to strengthen the delivery governance, drive value for customer and lead growth

Responsibilities:

• Experience handling senior customer exec and driving MBR and QBR’s
• Experience handling large scale Business and Digital transformation programs with strong techno functional acumen
• Work closely with Service Lines and drive governance with customer with focus on productivity, competency build and innovation
• Managing the program and portfolio delivery and customer interaction
• Manage the P&L and Cost of Delivery and ensure best in class in operational parameters for the entire portfolio
• Collaborate with service lines in fulfilling the project demand and drive growth within the portfolio
• Work closely with service lines and MCU team to expand and grow new business within the portfolio
• Establish MBR and QBR discussion with clients to present the critical project status and address any project delivery issues with close interaction with customers and less impact to revenue and margin

Qualifications

• Should have more than 20 years of total IT experience and prior experience of EPL for large customers
• Should have more than 10 years of experience handling Global Delivery, P&L (~50Mn) for large customers
• Strong understanding and experience in driving the COD parameters
• Experience in managing forecasts in UPLF working closely with Client partners and Service Line leaders
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, communication, and relationship

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
