What You’ll Do:

Production Engineer-Osceola, AR

What you will do:

Continuously evaluate equipment, process operations and controls to ensure personnel safety, environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance
Take on individual plant projects from conception to completion
Work closely with all disciplines, troubleshooting problems, to ensure plant processes are aligned to provide maximum output levels and efficiencies
Design plant and equipment configurations to be readily adapted to suit the product ranges and the process technologies involved, taking safety, environmental and economic aspects into account
Provide control system designs, specifications, process control parameters, system testing, and start-up assistance
Maintain engineering records including creating and modifying Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and supporting development of operations and maintenance standard operating procedures
Install and commission new equipment, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting as well as managing contractors and documenting process changes and additions
Support new product development from trial through to commercialization and improving production lines
Responsible for continuous and process improvement at the site
Develop and lead the plants Lean initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; relevant technical or manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply
Internship, co-op, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus
Familiarity with PLCs and industrial control systems is a plus
Experience with 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD is preferred
Exposure to Process Safety Management (PSM) environments is preferred
Experience with Management of Change (MOC) procedures is desired
