What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECR), document control, PLM administration, configuration management, or engineering operations.
- 2+ years of experience using Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent CAD tools in a professional engineering environment.
- 2+ years of experience supporting PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, Agile, or similar product lifecycle management platforms.
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering documentation, BOMs, part numbers, releases, and revision control processes.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating engineering reviews, change boards, or cross-functional program activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
What Sets You Apart:
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX CAD. (Required)
- Experience using Teamcenter PLM for change management, configuration management, and product data control.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, capital equipment, or product development environments.
- Knowledge of engineering change, configuration management, and document control best practices.
- Experience working with:
- Teamcenter
- Windchill
- Enovia
- Agile PLM
- SAP
- iPLM
- Strong understanding of BOM structures, engineering releases, and manufacturing implementation processes.
- Experience facilitating design reviews and cross-functional meetings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document decisions, action items, and technical discussions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data Analysis
- Graphing
- Reporting Dashboards
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
