What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering technician, electromechanical assembly, laboratory support, manufacturing engineering support, or related technical environments.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems, equipment, or engineering prototypes.
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, engineering documentation, and technical instructions.
- 2+ years of experience supporting laboratory test activities, prototype builds, validation efforts, or engineering development projects.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing diagnostic equipment, data acquisition systems, or engineering test equipment.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience operating manual mills, lathes, and fabrication equipment.
- Experience designing and building engineering fixtures, tooling, and prototype hardware.
- Knowledge of vacuum systems and vacuum troubleshooting.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test instrumentation.
- Experience supporting thermal testing, environmental testing, or stress testing activities.
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping technologies.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process enhancements.
- Strong technical communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
