• Full time and permanent contract – employed by the school
• Outer London pay scale MPS / UPS + SEN allowance
• Must have UK QTS
• Experience of or a real passion for working with children and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Willing to go above and beyond for students with SEN
• Resilient, calm, have a good sense of humour and can use your initiative
