What You’ll Be Doing
* Install cable trays and build server racks
* Pull cable and fiber throughout massive data center spaces
* Learn to punch down and terminate fiber connections
* Route and dress cables using fish tape, J-hooks, D-rings, and more
* Perform grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage terminations
* Follow blueprints and complete documentation with precision
* Support technicians and team leads on large-scale infrastructure projects
What You’ll Learn
* Telecom color codes and termination techniques
* Blueprint reading and construction best practices
* Data center buildout processes from start to finish
* Industry safety and quality standards

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $23.00/hr.
