Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing an effectivity date per Engineering Order (EO), implementing the EO into production and communicating the effectivity date to all necessary departments.
  • Lead weekly DV update meeting with Program Managers and AME team.
  • Coordinate DV and MCS builds with plant Engineering, Production and Planning team.
  • Track special demand tied to the plant.
  • Determine impact of projects on plant capacity.
  • Determine effectivity date based on feedback from the Product Engineering team, Manufacturing and Service in regard to priority and longest lead-time of any activity required to implementing this change.
  • Coordinate all activities associated with the EO until ownership is transferred to Production Control at a unit level and or Purchase Planners.
  • Determine inventory balance on items being changed per the EO and disposition inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Associates degree in Operations Management, Inventory Control or equivalent
  • Good organizational, computer communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred inventory control and project coordination experience.
