Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Equipment and Logistics Manager to join us at our Westcott hangar, ensuring our operations run efficiently and seamlessly.This role is critical in supporting our flight operations team by managing equipment, logistics, and site facilities.   • Inventory Management

Managing spare parts inventory at the Westcott Innovation Centre, tagging and tracking incoming equipment, and ensuring the correct storage of drones, payloads, and accessories. * Logistics CoordinationPacking and shipping aircraft and equipment to project sites, handling customs paperwork, liaising with logistics providers, and following up on shipments. * Vehicle ManagementOverseeing Skyports’ vehicles, including MOTs, servicing, and managing hire car handovers and operational readiness. * Maintenance OversightSupporting maintenance scheduling across the fleet, managing defect logs, and ensuring compliance with OEM maintenance standards. * Site ManagementEnsuring the Westcott site meets health and safety standards, maintaining site facilities, and organising equipment storage and layout. * Procurement and Vendor ManagementWorking with the flight operations team to identify equipment needs, managing budgets, and maintaining vendor relationships. * Training and ComplianceProviding equipment training, maintaining safety documentation, and collaborating with the safety team on risk assessments and ISO compliance tasks.Requirements:HOW CAN I BE PART OF THE TEAMWe need someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting cutting-edge operations.Does this sound like you?

  • Experience in equipment or inventory management, ideally in aviation, drone operations, or another technical field but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, suppliers, and OEMs.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of freight logistics and vehicle management is desirable.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to improving systems and processes.
