What We Do

Responsible for safeguarding consumer funds by transacting in accordance with the Company’s fiduciary responsibility

Essential Functions

  • Interfaces with escrow branches/customers as an escalation point of contact to resolve service calls/queries/problems.

  • Assist escrow branches/customers in processing interest bearing accounts, wires, stop payments, cashier’s checks, and general inquiries

  • Perform quality control review of customer requests to ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place

  • Identify Opportunities and develop solutions for process improvement, risk mitigation and issue resolution.

  • Communicate and train escrow banking processes as needed

Job Complexities & Impact

  • Tasks are generally more complex in nature and usually involve evaluation, originality and judgment

  • Errors may have business and financial impact, must be willing to assist internal and external customers.

Supervision Received or Extended

  • No formal supervisory responsibility but is resource to less experienced team members

  • Works under general supervision applying well established techniques, procedures or specific standards.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Quality customer service skills

  • Working knowledge of FAST and Trust32 is strongly recommended

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Energetic and self motivated

  • Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast pace environment

Typical education

  • High School Diploma or higher.

Typical Range of experience

  • 3-5 years of directly related experience

The pay range for this role is $37,475.00 – $49,975.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
