Our client is a long-established, family-run specialist subcontractor based in West London, delivering reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, enabling works, and civil engineering services. Now led by the third generation, they operate across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, aviation, and infrastructure. The business reports an annual turnover of approximately £130 million, supported by a strong order book and continued growth. Projects typically range from £1m-£10m, though the company regularly takes on larger and more complex schemes across the UK.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are working alongside a reputable RC Frame and Groundwork contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex structural and civils packages across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. As part of their ongoing expansion, our client is seeking a Senior Estimator with a deep understanding of reinforced concrete methodologies, temporary works, and ground engineering. This role will involve preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing subcontractor packages, and supporting pre-construction planning to secure future workload. It’s a strategic opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to contribute to a commercially driven, technically capable team.REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience estimating RC Frame and Groundworks packages across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, formwork systems, and groundworks sequencing
• Proficient in using estimating software (e.g. Candy, Conquest, or similar) and Excel-based take-offs
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documentation, and subcontractor packages
• Commercially astute with a track record of producing competitive, accurate tenders under deadline pressure
