This is a CONTRACT position.

What You Can Expect
The ETRM Project Support Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition from Aligne to Orchestrade by providing day-to-day production and operational support. Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst, this role will support users, troubleshoot issues, coordinate project activities, and maintain key documentation to keep the implementation running effectively.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role supporting Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide daily production and operational support for the Orchestrade ETRM system
- Troubleshoot system, process, and data issues; escalate complex issues as needed
- Support user activities across Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution and defect tracking
- Maintain and update:
- Reference data and configuration items
- Process and system documentation
- Coordinate project activities including:
- Meetings, workshops, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Task tracking and status updates
- Manage and maintain:
- Requirements logs
- Change logs
- Decision registers
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track action items
- Support the Senior Business Analyst with:
- Business analysis and validation activities
- Development of training materials and user support documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting ETRM systems (strongly preferred; power or renewables experience highly desirable)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with:
- UAT coordination and defect tracking
- Data analysis and system validation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile or project-based environments is a plus
