You’re Good At

• Leading and inspiring a team of event planners to achieve greatness.
• Managing the end-to-end event planning process with precision and flair.
• Optimizing workflows and implementing innovative strategies for seamless operations.
• Fostering cross-department collaboration for flawless event execution.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and quality assurance.

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in event planning, particularly with complex events.
• Proven success in operations management and team leadership.
• Familiarity with event technologies like Cvent or Momentus.
• A knack for strategic thinking and solving problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Beaverton, OR.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Planner Lead is between $75,000 – $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
