About this Opportunity:

As an Event Planning and Marketing Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the strategic and logistical aspects of event management and marketing. This role focuses on event planning, execution, operational support, and performance tracking-essential skills for a career in event management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.

What you will do:

Event Planning & Execution

• Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, including executive briefings, customer workshops, trade shows, and internal events.
• Assist in managing event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue preparation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.

Marketing Operations

• Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing budgets, processes, project calendars, and operational workflows.
• Support cross-team coordination to ensure consistent alignment across marketing and events.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal communications.

Marketing Analytics

• Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Support tracking of marketing metrics and campaign impact in collaboration with analytics and operations teams.

Additional Opportunities:

• May Support social Media, digital promoton, or internal communications tied to events.

The skills you bring:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (graduate preferred) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with event planning, marketing platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
• Interest in technology and telecommunications sectors is a plus.
• 2.7+ GPA
• Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks & beyond.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university program on a full-time basis
