Event Presentation Assistant

SUMMARY

The Event Presentation Assistant represents the Kraft Sports and Entertainment brand and plays a key role in delivering high-energy, on-field entertainment during games and events. This position is responsible for facilitating in-game activations, engaging with fans, and supporting various team initiatives. The Event Presentation Assistant also contributes to the success of key events throughout the year including New England Patriots games, Patriots Draft Events, New England Revolution games, and New England Patriots Training Camp.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support event presentation at New England Patriots home games, training camp, and draft events.
2. Run flags on the field during team introductions and after touchdowns at New England Patriots games
3. Help facilitate on-field pregame ceremonies, preparation, and setup at New England Patriots games.
4. Assist with postgame breakdown and cleanup at New England Patriots games.
5. Support Street Team events throughout the year.
6. Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Required to work all New England Patriots home games
• Assist with game day operations and fan engagement at a minimum of four (4) New England Revolution home games per year
• Work a minimum of three (3) days during Patriots Training Camp annually, supporting fan experiences and team activations
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage fans of all ages in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
• Frequently required to talk or hear
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
