The External Affairs and Communications Department is looking for a professional with event management experience. The Events Group provides seamless, end-to-end services to meet the event needs of the IDB’s organizational units. As a team of highly specialized professionals, they possess a deep understanding of the strategic objectives, goals, and operational priorities of their clients. They work collaboratively to design and implement tailored event solutions that align with these goals.
The Events Group provides expertise in the organization and delivery of IDB internal and external events. Working in close collaboration with all IDB departments, and using market practices, they offer recommendations and provide a variety of services that support a wide range of events based on client’s event requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related areas.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in event management.
Languages: Bilingual English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
