Job Description Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President for External Relations provides senior administrative assistance to the VP for External Relations and general office support to External Relations and the Office of the President staff, as needed. Responsible for coordinating schedules and calendars, arranging travel, monitoring office budgets and tracking and processing expenses, processing correspondence, tracking contracts, providing information, and following records retention policies and procedures.
