SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Executive Assistant provides and coordinates administrative services and assistance for the Executive Vice President’s office as well as for reporting departments, including various secretarial, clerical, administrative and receptionist services ensuring confidential, accurate, efficient and timely support in achieving departmental objectives.Position DetailsNon-union. This position is permanent full time.Key AccountabilitiesProvide and coordinate administrative services and assistance for the Executive Vice President’s office, ensuring confidential, accurate, efficient and timely support in achieving departmental objectives.Coordinate and schedule the Executive Vice President’s time, priorities, logistics and travel arrangements.Compile, organize and assemble information and material to prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Executive Vice President.Identify, anticipate, and prioritize requirements to ensure timely and efficient preparation of material and information for the Executive Vice President’s office.Identify the nature, scope and significance of inquiries and direct them to the appropriate individual(s), while maintaining confidentiality.Provide confidential, timely and accurate responses to customers, industry contacts, employees, government, and senior management of the Corporation.Coordinate the collection of department information and rework to conform with consistent standards for submission to relevant stakeholders including the Executive and Board of Directors.Review, code and authorize expenditures, ensuring compliance with the department’s budget and corporate policies.Continually assess administrative practices and identify and implement new office technology and practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness. This includes working with other departments to ensure Corporate-wide consistencies.Other related duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesCertificate/Diploma from a recognized secretarial/administration program.Five (5) years of experience in a senior administrative environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work and manage in a changing environment.Ability to work on a team while building and maintaining effective relationships.Must have a continuing record of professional development and continuous learning.A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.Additional InformationTravel away from bid headquarters may be required on occasion.Application InstructionsPlease apply online with your cover letter and resume outlining your qualifications.For more information on this position, please contact Human Resources at 306-777-9091. ​Closing DateSeptember 8, 2025Salary Range$57,901.00 – 81,055.00#LI-POST
