Salary: up to $25 hourly

A remodeling and design company in Morgantown is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will be have strong leadership skills, be a self-starter and highly organized. Compensation for this position will be up to $25 hourly, based on experience.

The main duties of the position include:

• Provide administrative assistance to executive management – manage schedules, provide assistance with emails, letters, phone calls, etc.
• Manage daily accounting activities – accounts payable, accounts receivable and data entry (Duties include keeping track of client billing, compiling employee hours, acting as a liaison between the company’s accountant, or performing payroll service and handing out paychecks)
• Assist Project Managers and Supervisors with select administrative functions pertaining to each project
• Ensure insurance coverage for all sub-contractors on various projects and identifying the proper insurance carrier for General Liability, Worker’s Comp and Health
• Organization of office information and production of key reports that allow for effective tracking of business operations
• Daily meetings with Operations Manager to discuss office management and various projects
• Develop and maintain office procedures
• General reception and customer service responsibilities , such as customer phones calls, complaints or general inquiries

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Utilizes strong organizational skills and have a strong attention for details
• Solution oriented approach in dealing with conflicts
• Computer proficiency with experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines to complete task in an effective and timely manner
• High oral and written communication skills and employs effective listening skills
• Ability to represent and market company in a professional manner
• Energetic, friendly and outgoing
