We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is located in London, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office). 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Directors in Operations.
  • Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events from start to finish, including logistics and execution.
  • Assist in tracking team projects, ensuring all deadlines are met, and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Ops Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless workflow and provide backup support.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new employees and executives, ensuring a smooth integration into the Operations practice.
  • Act as a liaison between Senior Directors and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and prioritizing needs.
  • Support various team initiatives and activities, ensuring the smooth execution of key events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and resolve operational challenges with minimal direction.
  • Assist with document management, presentation preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions proactively.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience with diary management, event planning, and meeting logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or operations environment is highly desirable.
