Are you looking for a fast-paced administrative role that enhances your project management experience and allows you to support senior leadership in a global environment? If so, this Administrative Support Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As part of our Administrative Support Staff, you will provide end to end delivery of programs and projects. The role will require independent judgment and discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes and identify improvement areas.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Full diary management and co-ordination of schedules, including external commitments and travel as required.
  • Monitor internal and external correspondence ensuring appropriate reply or prompt delegation and tracking of actions in an independent manner
  • Lead small projects
  • Manage multiple priorities to achieve agreed timelines
  • Independently manage stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with other EAs on the program

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Experience of operating as a senior secretarial / PA within a large complex organization
  • Strong organizational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise workload, working with tight deadlines whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, use of inter- and intranet
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Able to work in space you are assigned to and be autonomous

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Worked in huge global transformation program
  • Global networking, communication and influencing required with all levels of the organisation and with an external network
  • Able to take on process and business understanding
  • HTML knowledge
  • Analytical skills
