Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

Overview

The Office of the CFO at Insight Global is seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful Executive Assistant & Project Specialist to support the Chief Financial Officer and her leadership team. This hybrid role combines executive support with project and operational responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to work at the center of highvisibility initiatives across finance, strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast- paced environments. They will handle highly sensitive information with discretion, manage complex priorities, and play a critical role in supporting both the day-to-day needs and long-term strategic goals of the CFO

Responsibilities

o Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and her direct reports, managing calendars, priorities, and workflows.

o Draft, edit, and prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.

o Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate executive meetings, offsites, and events.

o Handle highly sensitive information, data, and conversations with absolute confidentiality. This includes CFO’s calendar, email, and other confidential information.

o Handle regular interactions Board members, investors, external partners, etc. which requires prompt replies, professional decorum and a high level of organization.

o Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring accountability and follow-through.

o Partner with finance and talent leaders on initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

o Problem-solve and generate creative solutions to challenges, balancing detail orientation with bigpicture perspective.

o Build polished, board-ready presentations and reporting materials.

o Collaborate across functions and with external partners to support the priorities of the Office of the CFO.

Qualifications

o experience in executive support, project management, or a hybrid strategic support role.

o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

o High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

o Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite skills required; experience with Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint a plus.

o Professionalism, adaptability, and hustle are essential.

o Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

o Experience in finance, consulting, or talent strategy is a plus — but not required.

o This position is based at Insight Global’s Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with an expectation of five days per week on site
