The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retaIined search strategies within the aerospace & aviation sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
• Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to aerospace & aviation leadership roles
• Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in aerospace & aviation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in aerospace & aviation
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable Qualifications:
