In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an Executive Secretariat to bring governance, insights and expertise to our new Business Performance Group team.
Role Overview
Our Executive Secretariat will be a trusted confidant and support to the Business Performance Group (BPG) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and serving as a key interlink between the two. This role will drive improved operational effectiveness through effective planning and organising of activities, tracking decisions and actions, and ensuring an effective governance structure is in place.
Key accountabilities include:
- Designing & maintaining an effective governance structure to support efficient operations
- Planning and organising operational and administrative activities for the BPG and ELT
- Proactively shaping and managing meeting agendas in support of chair/s, and ensuring thorough preparation for each meeting by contributors
- Communicating progress to stakeholders, tracking decisions and following-up on actions
- Continually evolving & enhancing ways of working to support the ambition of each group
Position Requirements

Required Skills
- Experience in a business management role, with a high focus on executive and senior level advising and interdepartmental collaboration
- Experience in multi-faceted project roles, including setting & adhering to governance, reporting and interdepartmental communication
