Qualifications

• Focus: Women’s Athletics
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, athletic training, or physical education (other degrees considered).
• Experience: 2–3 years preferred.
• Certifications: Nationally recognized personal training or strength & conditioning certification (e.g., NASM-CPT, NSCA-CPT, CSCS, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent approved by the Human Performance Manager).
• CPR/AED certification required (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Women’s Athletics
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students, coaches, and teams
• Work independently at off-site locations and manage large athletic groups
• Perform assessments and design individualized fitness/performance programs
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to program development
• Promote a safe, clean, and engaging training environment
• Generate client interest and support marketing/outreach efforts
• Stay current with industry best practices and maintain required certifications
• Participate in continuing education and team meetings
• Collaborate with the Human Performance team (Physician, Rehab, Nutrition, Psychology, Sleep, etc.)
