A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field.
Must have experience with metal framing job requirements.
Excellent frame-to-finish carpentry skills and general knowledge in all related fields.
Ability to lead a crew or work independently.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Extensive knowledge of all phases of a commercial remodeling project.
Ability to establish and maintain a positive, cooperative working relationship with supervisors, coworkers and sub-contractors.
Ability to work in an environment subject to frequently changing priorities and time deadlines.
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must have own hand tools and basic power tools related to this field.
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Occasional weekend and after-hours work required.
