Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Screen Printing Professional to join the production team of a leading apparel and merchandise company located in Orem, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with experience in custom apparel production, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality printed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual or automatic screen printing presses
• Prepare screens, mix inks, and register artwork accurately for production runs
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in screen printing or apparel production (1+ year preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with M&R, Riley Hopkins, or similar presses is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (some flexibility may be required)
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
