WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys, between 0.020″ and 0.064″ thick
• Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner
• Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols
• Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; and repair and reports defects per our advanced quality system requirements
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on

WHAT experience YOU NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience
• Demonstrated ability to weld on welding qualification materials during interview process.
• Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
