The Experiential-Learning Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating high-impact learning opportunities for students enrolled at UMKC’s Bloch School of Management. The coordinator supports experience-based learning design by working with Bloch School faculty and community partners. The coordinator supports delivery of experiences by coordinating events and programs and facilitating student and partner engagement. The coordinator focuses on Application-based learning designed to provide opportunities for practice and feedback, helping to develop critical skills for the workplace. By building professional relationships with local businesses, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, you will promote employment opportunities and educational achievement, aligning with the Bloch School’s mission to provide distinctive educational experiences that enhance talent development and foster career success.

Typical office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Some flexed work hours outside of “normal” shift hours expected based on event scheduling/ planning.

• Knowledge of experiential learning principles and practices, especially in a business school context.
• Three years of experience in areas related to program management, event management, student services, instruction and course design, or employer relations.

$24.00 to $28.85 per hour (commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity)
