We are seeking motivated and skilled Consultants at various levels, from Senior Consultant to Director level, to join our dynamic teams in Risk Consulting, Business Consulting, People Consulting, and Technology Consulting within the EY MENA region. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their respective fields, emphasizing strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client engagement. This role involves collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for improvement, developing actionable strategies, and leading the implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Consulting:
- Assess and analyze clients’ risk management frameworks and practices.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to implement effective risk management solutions.
- Competencies: Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance & Regulatory, Financial Risk, Digital Risk.
Business Consulting:
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with clients’ objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive organizational change.
- Competencies: Business Transformation, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations, Customer & Growth.
People Consulting:
- Support clients in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to identify talent management and organizational development needs.
- Provide guidance on learning and development, performance management, and culture transformation.
- Competencies: Organization & Workforce Transformation, People Experience (Change, Culture & L&D), HR Transformation.
Technology Consulting:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their technology landscape and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Competencies: Digital Engineering (Product Management, UI/UX Designer, QA testers, Software Developers), AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Tech Strategy & Transformation, Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle).
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager: 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
- Manager: 5-7 years of experience with leadership capabilities in project management.
- Senior Manager/Director: 8-11 years of experience in managing teams and leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior consulting experience would be an added advantage.
