PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious FAA Painter to support aerospace manufacturing operations in an FAA-regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in industrial painting and a commitment to quality and compliance.

position Overview

As a FAA Painter, you will operate specialized equipment to apply industrial paint finishes to metal components used in aerospace applications. You will follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure all work meets strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate spray painting equipment to apply industrial finishes to metal parts
• Follow blueprints and design specifications to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
• Identify and report parts requiring replacement or rework
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Work under immediate supervision, following pre-established guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in spray painting or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Aerospace industry experience (required)
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in industrial painting

Special Considerations

• Frequent lifting of weights exceeding 30 lbs
• Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks
• Steel-toe footwear required

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
