PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable FAA Processor to support operations in a regulated aerospace environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and a commitment to compliance and efficiency.

About the Role

As a FAA Processor, you will play a key role in managing inventory levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams. You’ll support both internal operations and external customer needs, contributing to the smooth flow of materials and data in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research item selections and maintain inventory of current products
• Develop and monitor systems for tracking purchase orders
• Deliver weekly purchase order reports to supervisors
• Ensure deliveries meet assigned orders; report backordered or missing items
• Assist supervisors/managers with inventory and material maintenance
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure order accuracy
• Process and verify data efficiently and accurately
• Handle documentation and correspondence
• Collaborate with internal and external customers
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete tasks in a timely and organized manner
• Participate in team collaboration and support activities

Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory coordination and data processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts and procedures in inventory or warehouse operations
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Pay Rate: $26.00/hr
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Eligible for the Subco Bonus Program up to $3,000:
  • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
