Now Hiring: Metal Finisher / Grinder

????Location: Salisbury, NC

????Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Pay: $18-21/hr
• ????Job Type: Contract to Hire

What You’ll Do

• Smooth and grind welded metal railings to give them a clean, finished look.
• Use hand tools and grinders to remove rough spots and polish surfaces.
• Lift and move railings (up to 50 lbs).
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and squatting throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

• experience working with stainless steel.
• Skilled in grinding, sanding, and polishing metal.
• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus.
• Willing to learn and take training seriously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
