We are looking for an administration assistant to join our large facilities You will be involved in answering the sites switchboard, maintaining the visitor system, raising purchase requests and general admin duties. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to liaise with our stakeholders at all levels. The role is also suitable for someone looking to develop their skills as it will also involve an element of audit support.
What you will do
Scheduling and upkeep of Environmental Health and Safety training packages and liaise with Learning and development for other training requirements
Support Facilities & Environmental Health and Safety depts for documentation and reporting requirements
Support Environmental Health and Safety certification audits
Record an update action, create minutes at various meetings
Administrative support for VIP visits (assist with transport and accommodation requirements, ad-hoc support when onsite)
Administrative support for Executive Office
What you will need
Prior office management experience preferred
Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
A pleasant, confident telephone manner
