Schedule: M- F 7am – 3:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day facility repairs and maintenance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to a well-maintained, efficient workplace.

Qualifications & Accountability

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or general construction skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs as needed throughout the facility
• Assist in maintaining equipment, tools, and general facility areas as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
• Research and price materials or parts for purchase, submitting recommendations to the supervisor
• Support troubleshooting and repair efforts in Assembly, Fabrication, and Warehouse areas
• Assist with annual, semi-annual, and quarterly maintenance and service updates for plant equipment
• Collaborate with the Safety Committee to address any critical items immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
