System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (lighting, switches, outlets), and mechanical systems.
General Upkeep: Handle minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs, as well as groundskeeping tasks like snow removal or landscaping when needed.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and local building codes to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in skilled trades, including basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
Problem-Solving: The ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for equipment failures.
