We are seeking a Facility Manager for our Wellness Villa in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Facility Management

• Managing the operations staff provided by the landlord (Life Guards Reception/Catering and Housekeeping).
• Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including regular inspections and addressing any repairs or maintenance issues with the landlord and the landlords maintenance team.
• Management of company events.
• Monitor and ensure implementation facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff.
• Maintain accurate records of facility expenses, inventory, and equipment.
• Control access to ensure all staff have completed the waiver and the facility is accessed by authorised.
• Ensure that all gym equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor gym usage and safety.
• Addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner alongside the logistics team.
• Proactively engage with Staff to understand their needs and preferences, and implement strategies to improve quality service.
• Conduct regular evaluations and implement necessary changes to enhance service quality.
• Control and distribution of access control cards.

Health and Safety

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines, including maintaining proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Support the HSE team in developing and implement emergency protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of staff.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, and address any potential hazards or safety issues.
