Facility Technician, Stafford

<div class="isg-job-description“>ATC is looking for a motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail as a Facilities Technician in Stafford, VA.   This Facilities role would also include basic grounds maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and other assignments as needed.  
Responsibilities:

• Work under the direct supervision of our Facilities Maintenance Manager
• Assist in the management all systems and equipment at our customer site in Northern Virginia.
• Uses proper tools, techniques, and materials
• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, repair and the service at the site.

• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs as directed.
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
• Comfortable reading and understanding Blue Prints
• Working knowledge of Structural Building Code
• Demonstrate the knowledge and safe work practice of tools
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for a Top-Secret Security Clearance, current Secret clearance or higher preferred
