The Role:The Shift Manager will manage a team responsible for our oriental our lines, processing raw ingredients into cooked. There will be approximately 20 – 25 direct reports during each shift.You will be at the heart of production, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a visible leadership role that plays a vital part in maintaining product quality, output, and team performance throughout. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position and make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approx. 20 – 25 operatives
• Drive operational performance against key metrics including productivity, waste, hygiene, and compliance.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to develop frontline staff.
• Collaborate with other Shift TL’s, Managers and Operations teams to ensure seamless shift transitions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in FMCG, Food Production or similar environment is highly advantageous.
• Leadership experience is preferred, but you can step into leadership with the right background.
• Strong people management and communication skills would be preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop others is essential.
• Self-Motivated
• Approachable
