The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, such as social work, psychology, counseling, or criminal justice is required.
• 1 year of paid experience working with children and adolescents in a CAST Program: child and adolescent system program, that includes school settings, child welfare, inpatient settings, community-based settings, and consumer’s homes. This is a community- based position with 90% of travel to consumer’s homes, schools, community settings is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Position Details

The Family Based Case Manager/Mental Health Counselor provides comprehensive case management and connects families to community programs and services. This role includes co-facilitating family therapy sessions, delivering parent coaching, and providing crisis intervention for children assigned to the caseload. Clinical sessions are primarily conducted in the community, including client homes and schools, while case management activities may occur in an office or community setting. The position also requires on-call coverage, offering flexibility and responsiveness to meet client needs.
