Farming Opportunity – SE Minnesota

They’re seeking a motivated and skilled farmer to join their team.

As part of this family operation, you’ll put your farming expertise to work by operating equipment, maintaining crops, and contributing to the long-term success of the farm. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to grow within an operation dedicated to sustainable agriculture.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and HAS

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with weekend work as needed during planting and harvest seasons

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of farm experience
• Proficient in operating large farm equipment
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and general repairs
• CDL with a clean driving record (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Formal education not required; additional agricultural training a plus

Responsibilities:

• Planting and harvesting corn and soybeans
• Safely operating, maintaining, and repairing farm equipment
• Supporting the team in day-to-day farming operations
