About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Fencing Foreman with automatic gate experience to lead installation and repair projects in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines project management, customer communication, and field labor.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and manage employees and job sites
• Oversee daily project operations and ensure work meets quality standards
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Plan and project efficient weekly job schedules
• Perform hands-on labor and assist with installations as needed
• Install and repair multiple fencing types, including ornamental, chain link, and wood
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications
• Conduct site assessments, measure and mark layouts, and prepare areas for installation
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety guidelines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of fencing or construction experience required
• Proven experience with automatic gate systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
• Skilled in blueprint reading and general construction practices
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing field labor
• Proficient with basic hand tools, saws, and equipment
