The FF&E Coordinator I supports project teams by assisting with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on basic planning, vendor coordination, and documentation tasks under supervision.
The FF&E Coordinator I reports to the Director, Facilities Program Operations, with a dotted line report to Lead of FFE/Activation.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Handle Facilinet furniture and move requests.
  • 2. Obtain quotes for furniture & equipment and assist with procurement activities.
  • 3. Support planners with Trimble processes and documentation.
  • 4. Assist in managing project closeouts, including final invoices and details.
  • 5. Create and maintain project lists and budgets for user & project manager review.
  • 6. Work with Project Managers throughout project phases.
  • 7. Identify items in AST to reduce inventory and optimize purchasing costs.
  • 8. Attend key planning, design, and construction meetings.
  • 9. Maintain awareness of vendor contracts and client objectives.

Qualifications

education

Associate?s degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable setting

SPECIAL SKILLS

Basic understanding of FF&E processes and project workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Moderate noise level in work environment.
