Are you passionate about creating impactful events that drive business growth? As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in designing and executing our live events strategy—conferences, trade shows, partner events, and more. Working hand-in-hand with the Demand Generation Lead, you’ll bring our brand to life across Canada, the US, and Europe, ensuring each event contributes to revenue growth and relationship building.Your organizational prowess, creativity, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in delivering exceptional event experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including live conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and partner events.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Demand Generation Lead to ensure events align with marketing and business development goals.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Vendor Coordination: Select and manage vendors, venues, and other event-related suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to events.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROI metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Travel: Represent the company at events across Canada, the US, and Europe, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

What We Expect from You:

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful B2B events that drive measurable results.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Experience working in collaboration with demand generation teams to align event strategies with broader business goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 20-30%).
• Proficiency in event management tools and Hubspot CRM is a plus.
• Experience in the Microsoft 365 space is a plus, but not required.
