Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a company that is a well-established, independent forklift dealer based in the UK. They specialise in the sale, hire, and maintenance of new and used material handling equipment, operating to ISO-accredited quality and safety standards.We are looking for an experienced Field Sales/Area Sales Manager to cover Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, to manage the sale of new and used forklifts and related products.Package:

• Basic salary £30,000 – £50,000 dependent on experience
• OTE £50,000 – £75,000
• Company vehicle, fuel card (including personal usage)
• Phone and iPad
• Mon – Fri 40 hours a week
• 23 days holidays plus bank holidays.

Experience Required

• Strong background in B2B sales
• Experience with forklifts is beneficial but not essential, as training is provided
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRMs
• A full UK driving licence

The Role
The role is based from their office in Nottingham but you will spend a lot of your time out visiting customers, managing sales and hire contracts.
You will be selling a full range of Forklifts and related products to new and existing customers.
This role requires you to develop and expand the customer base, creating and maintaining strong relationships.
