Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for health care technology? We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to client sites and perform inspections, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on critical medical systems.In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of biomedical equipment – from diagnostic tools like ECG/EKG machines, ultrasound systems, and X-ray units to therapeutic devices such as ventilators, defibrillators, and infusion pumps. If you’re confident troubleshooting complex systems, providing exceptional on-site support, and ensuring patient care isn’t interrupted, we want to hear from you.Job Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Rate: $70,000 – $75,000/yearWhat You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, testing, and calibration of electro-mechanical and optical medical equipment
• Conduct quality control inspections and modify new equipment to meet CSA standards
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including handling inquiries via phone or email
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems on-site at customer locations
• Offer basic training to clients on equipment care and maintenance to optimize performance and reduce downtime
• Manage travel arrangements to and from customer locations independently
• Ensure all service reports are sent to clients and follow-ups are completed within 24 hours of service
• Track, process, and return service parts and defective components accurately and on time
• Submit detailed and accurate documentation of all service activities using company software within 24 hours
• Develop technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collect relevant technical data as needed
• Lead the implementation of equipment upgrades and technical updates
• Support new product launches with training, documentation, system setup, stock recommendations, and service plans
