We are in search of a Field Support/Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at North Country Business Products! If you are a self-motivated individual who likes the ever-evolving changes in technology and enjoys a mix of being out in the field as well as working in a helpdesk environment, we want to meet you!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A two-year technical degree is preferred but not required.

• Experience in Computer software and hardware preferred.

• Network connectivity and related software experience is a plus!

• A good driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Troubleshoot and repair basic software, hardware, networking, and peripheral issues both remotely and at the client’s location.

• Stage and install new equipment at client locations.

• Maintain accurate and organized inventory.

• Assist with installation projects: deliver hardware, set up at client site, uninstall old equipment, and provide documentation.

• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Travel to client sites will be required
